If you pre-order for fall, your items will ship as soon as we have our first frost. This means that the plants have gone dormant and are able to be shipped and planted. If you pre-order for spring, your items may ship as early as mid to late February or according to the USDA Planting Zone Map.

If you are unsure about planting where you live in the fall, due to cold temperatures (snow and ice) please refer to the USDA planting zone map.

The term bare root refers to a plant that has been removed from the soil and prepared for shipment by removing dirt from its roots.

Yes! As long as you supply an email (required with online orders) to our customer service representative, you will be notified when your order is shipped.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Your package will ship via USPS. Packages typically take 2-7 days to arrive.  

We can ship anywhere in the Continental United States.
